GSK aims to make the contracting process efficient and environmentally friendly by reducing paperwork when issuing purchase orders from certain sites around the world. To support this, we’ve developed simple web-based General Terms & Conditions.

Instead of attaching these terms to every purchase order, they are referenced directly on each purchase order and can be accessed through this page. GSK reserves the right to propose specific contractual terms based on the unique needs of each procurement initiative.
